Shipping and Returns

Ghyslain ships our retail products using Federal Express.  If you live in the Continental United States, you can use our on-line Shopping Cart to place your order.  All shipping options that fedex indicates will get your product to you within 1 day of the ship date will be presented to you at checkout.  All orders received after 1 PM on Wednesday are usually shipped the following Monday.

Note - Most orders will ship within two days of receiving the order, however, because our product is made by hand in very small batches it may take up to one week to ship. We are not responsible for shipping delays due to weather, strike, or any circumstances beyond our control.

We ship our chocolates year-round to anywhere in the world! To prevent items from sitting in a FEDEX hub for an entire weekend, all orders received after 1 PM on Wednesday are usually shipped the following Monday. This will be determined by whether the shipping department can expedite the entire order before the FEDEX pick-up.

Call for Shipping - Orders to be shipped to Alaska or Hawaii will be reviewed and we will contact you with the proper shipping charges before processing your order.

Next Day - We use innovative cold packaging including Styrofoam cooler boxes & freezer jell packs to ensure that our product arrives to your door as fresh as possible.

International Shipping - Orders for Canada will incur customs charges. Please be aware that gifts sent to Canada worth over $60 Canadian dollars is subject to customs charges. We have changed the website to reflect this and will charge an additional $10. Orders to other countries will be processed manually. We will contact you concerning shipping costs and custom issues.

We carefully inspect every item before shipping. Please report all damage immediately upon receipt, if your product is received damaged. Returned product must be in unused, and uneaten condition for refund.
