Each month, chef Ghyslain creates a unique pastry appropriate for the season. Each featured pastry is crafted from the finest ingredients and available throughout the month. Due to the delicate nature of our pastries they are unavailable for shipping. 

September 2017 – Walnut Daquoise

Walnut almond dacuoise cake with coffee chocolate mousseline with a creamy walnut center. Finished with milk chocolate icing and chocolate decor.
