Each month, chef Ghyslain creates a unique pastry appropriate for the season. Each featured pastry is crafted from the finest ingredients and available throughout the month. Due to the delicate nature of our pastries they are unavailable for shipping. 

May 2017 Lemon Berry Tart

Sweet, buttery tart shell filled with a layer of lemon curd and three berry (blackberry, raspberry, strawberry) mousse, centered with lemon jelly, and topped with chocolate decorations.
