Each month, chef Ghyslain creates a unique pastry appropriate for the season. Each featured pastry is crafted from the finest ingredients and available throughout the month. Due to the delicate nature of our pastries they are unavailable for shipping. 

February 2017 Blackberry Chocolate Mousse

Chocolate genoise soaked with raspberry syrup, layered with milk chocolate Bavarian, blackberry mousse, and blackberry glaze. Topped with chocolate decor.
